With over 15 years experience as a qualified therapist, I offer compassion, support and empathy for people in stressful situations. I believe the mind and body are closely linked and look at how both are managed. Whether it is a short term crisis or long term, I work with encouragement and patience to help clients move forward.
I work on a one-to-one basis and listen with compassion and empathy to what brings you to therapy. Everything we discuss is confidential as we explore how we can move forward with a more positive outcome and hopefully letting go of negative inbuilt labels. I work in a small quiet office which is welcoming and safe and also online if that works better individually. Talking to someone, sometimes for the first time, can be a relief as it brings validation. We all need to be understood and valued and acknowledging this is a first step towards recovery from any situation, no matter how large or small.

How I deliver counselling
I meet my clients in a small comfortable office in Kensington where you are warmly welcomed and shown where to go. My sessions last 50 minutes after which we can book a follow up session usually at the same time weekly.
I also offer online counselling by zoom for international clients or those who find it difficult to come to London. Times can be more flexible this way.
